Alan H. Chodrow
Principal
Alan H. Chodrow graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Finance from The
University of Texas at Austin in 1986. After graduating he joined
Corum Development Company as a retail commercial leasing agent. Over
the next few years he would play a large role in leasing of 12
groceries anchored shopping centers and also help rehabilitate 30
additional centers. While at Corum he was able to build important
relationships with major retailers and specialty shops, which
ultimately propelled his success in retail representation. In 1989
Alan formed Chodrow Realty Advisor ("CRA"). CRA activities are
focused on tenant representation as well as landlord representation
and property acquisition. Over the last 15 years he has personally
leased in excess of a million square feet of retail space for
landlords such as Cordish Company, Weingarten Realty, Jefco
Development, and Sunhill International. Chodrow Realty Advisors
represents several rapidly expanding concepts including Cafe Japon,
Jamba Juice, Slick Willies, BerryHill Hot Tamales, New York
Pizzeria, Soundwaves, Mingelones's, Tom's BBQ, Bayou City Wings,
Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen, Cold Stone Creamery, Hollywood Video, Yum
Brands, Advanced Auto Parts, Little Ceasars, Family Dollar, South
Texas Dental Association and many other concepts. Alan is a licensed
real estate broker in Texas. He is an active member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves on the
board of Multiplepath Communications.

Andy Aronson
Associate
Andy Aronson graduated with a BBA in Radio Television and Film
from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988. Andy spent the next
10 years in various sales and marketing position with companies such
as Telecheck, Redi-Carpet, R.B. Hash and Associates, to mention a
few. He spent much of his spare time creating art and sculpture. In
1995 he moved to Miami Beach and then a year later to New York City
where he remained until 2004.
Since joining Chodrow Realty Advisors in 2004. Andy
has focused on bringing small to medium size local retailers to our
extensive client list.
Andy is a licensed real estate salesman in Texas.
He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping
Center as well as Business Network International.

Jonathan Morrow
Associate
Jonathan Morrow graduated with a BA in Urban and
Regional Analysis from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003.
Since joining Chodrow Realty Advisors, Jonathan has
helped in analyzing markets for our various projects and clients. He
specializes in representing landlords and tenants in lease and sale
transactions for commercial properties throughout the greater
Houston area.
Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesman in
Texas. He is an active member in the International Council of
Shopping Centers. In addition, he volunteers with several local
organizations including Susan's Rally, the Houston area Women's
Shelter, Interfaith Ministries, and the American Red Cross.

Anthony Calleo
Associate
A cum laude graduate from Houston's
University of St. Thomas, Mr. Calleo started as a real estate
analyst intern for the Mark Benjamin Group, LLC, preparing market
analyses to determine the feasibility of proposed developments.
Through his success there, Mr. Calleo was hired on as a full time
real estate analyst. In the summer of 2004, he was promoted again to
the head of land acquisition for the Mark Benjamin Group and
resultantly became licensed as a real estate agent in the state of
Texas.
Mr. Calleo joined Chodrow Realty Advisors in August
of 2004 to pursue other opportunities in real estate. Mr. Calleo
brings to the group a specific knowledge of Houston's rapidly
developing inner loop. He has a particular interest in residential
and commercial development, but is fully capable of providing
any real estate services that you might require in with the utmost
attention to promptness, efficiency, and professionalism.
